How long do the ranks/kits last?
All ranks and kits last for 30 days after purchase when using the "Add to Cart" option.
If you choose the "Subscribe Monthly" option, you will be charged every 30 days and will keep the rank/kit until you cancel your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by following the instructions included in the email you received after completing your purchase.
You can also visit the Tebex payment history page to manage your recurring payments and cancel an active subscription.

Can I use cryptocurrencies to buy perks?
Cryptocurrency payment options depend on the payment methods currently available in the Blitz Rust store.

The package I want to purchase is out of stock. Can you please restock it?
Some packages have a limited amount of available stock. Once a player's rank or VIP package expires and becomes available again, the package may return to the store.
We recommend checking the package page from time to time to see if it is back in stock.
How do I change the colour of my name?
Not all servers and ranks have access to this perk. Make sure that the rank you're purchasing includes coloured names by clicking "View Details" next to the rank.
You can use an online HTML colour picker to find the colour codes you want.
